Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the +Life website and web application (the "Service") provided by Ardelium Group LLP, Kazakhstan ("+Life", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not medical advice. +Life is a personal health and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Insights, scores and recommendations are generated from the data you provide and are for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed clinician before making decisions about your health, medication or treatment. Do not use the Service in an emergency. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Eligibility and account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us at hello@{{DOMAIN}} if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data. You own the data you add to +Life and the data you connect from devices and services. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time. You are responsible for having the right to upload any data you add, including medical records.

4. Connected services. You may connect third-party devices and services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We access their data only through official APIs with your authorisation, and you can revoke it at any time.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorisation, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, upload malicious code, or resell the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property. The Service, including its software, design and content we create, belongs to +Life or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it under these terms. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Early access and changes. The Service is in early access. Features may change or be removed and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

8. Termination. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if required by law. Sections 1, 3, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of health insights or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, +Life and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
